🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Staff to join our Nepal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing student and client information in our system, ensuring smooth operations across our education and immigration services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in ApplyCan’s internal system.

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of student and client records.

• Assist in preparing digital files, forms, and reports.

• Coordinate with the admissions and immigration teams for timely updates.

• Support daily operational tasks when required.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with high accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
